Phillippians 3:12-14

In this season of life I often wonder about this pressure that I'm under.
Dare I complain, since I know, it's through trials and tests that I grow.
Your hand has brought me here, so I will have no fear.

I am changing for the better, to be more like You, Father.
I am better for the changing, I want you seen in Me.

But whatever was for my profit, for the sake of You, Christ, I've lost it.
All the riches in this life I see, all will fade in view of Your Glory.
I'm straining toward the Prize, moving heavenward through Christ.

I am changing for the better, to be more like You Father.
I am better for the changing, I want you seen in Me.

Not that I've obtained all this or already been made perfect,
I reach toward what Christ has ahead.
So take away my filthiness, I want to live in holiness,
for you are my Righteousness, My Redeemer.

I am changing for the better, to be more like You Father.
I am better for the changing, I want you seen in Me.
